UK Shipping Options

Standard Delivery

Provider: Royal Mail 48 or Hermes (Evri)

Cost: £3.99 (Free on orders over £50)

Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

Express Delivery

Provider: DPD or Royal Mail 24 Tracked

Cost: £6.99

Delivery Time: 1–2 working days

Next-Day Delivery

Provider: DPD Next Day or Royal Mail Special Delivery

Cost: £9.99

Delivery Time: Next working day (order by 1 PM)

Missed or Lost Deliveries

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customer.service@hutchsociety.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) required

Starting a Return
Contact us at customer.service@hutchsociety.com to initiate a return.
We will provide the return shipping label and instructions on sending the package.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Check items upon delivery. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
  • For questions about specific items, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
To exchange, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return the order without giving a reason. Returned items must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will confirm receipt and inspect your returned item. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval of the return and you have not received a refund, contact us at customer.service@hutchsociety.com.
